FAQ

What is expected of me?

We require that you and your bridal party be on time always. You can expect us to arrive on-time or before to allow for maximum efficiency. We also require that a separate room or space is available for us to work in.

What look should I expect for my bridal party?

Something we pride ourselves on is our ability to provide a cohesive look across every bride's maid. Soft Glam is always a perfect option. Your wedding day is not a day for red lipstick unless everyone compliments that look.

How long does Bridal Makeup take?

You should expect bridal makeup to take at least one hour. Often times it takes at least an hour and a half to complete your look. Bride's Maids and other guests take around one hour.

What if I want to book a trial prior to securing my wedding date?

We can absolutely set up a trial. This is on a first-come first-served basis. Nothing is secured unless your contract is signed and a deposit has been paid.

What should I expect with bookings?

You should expect to put down a deposit and sign a contract to secure a date. Our availability goes fast, so be sure to book ASAP!

What should I bring to my trial?

You should come with a clean, bare face. Bring inspirational pictures and wear a white top. This will help us find a look that will work for your special day!

When are trials available?

Trials are available on Wednesdays and select Sundays. Slots fill up quickly, so don't wait!

How long do trials take?

Trials take around an hour and a half to two hours time. You should book your trial at least one to two months ahead of your wedding date.

Are trials mandatory to book you?

Trials are never mandatory, but we do suggest that you book one. This will help us find the style that works best for you and give us time to guarantee that the look works for you. It also serves as a time for us to meet.
